CSQ or Client Satisfaction Questionnaire is an interface between S & S and the client.
CSQ is one of the tools of the EIL CUBE where both the client and SANDSCA collaborate to work towards excellence; through innovative thinking and dynamism
that evolve, on the edifice of partnership.
The client posts his feedback through the CSQ (a form with options to rate our performance in various areas) and based on that we explore and analyze the sectors that requires improvisation.
Excellence is not the peak but a rising star of improvisation.
